How to asociate MACRO file (*.mac) with MARUO Editor

1. Store MACRO file into the same directory as MARUO Editor (MARUO.EXE)
2. Click [Macro] > [Register macro...]
3. Specify MACRO name in the "title" filed. (e.g. autoRuby)
4. Select the MACRO file you want to register (e.g. autoRuby.mac)
5. Press associate hot-key (e.g. CTRL + 0 for "macro 1")
