The table is designed for Japanese Language Proficiency Test examinees (Level 3 & 4)

Control Block:

1. 頭文字：Initial Letter Filter Combo-Box. This is applied to 読み field.
2. 品　詞：Speech Part Class Filter Combo-Box. 14 classes are provided.
3. レベル：JLP-TEST LEVEL Filter Combo-Box.
4. 検索文字：Text String Serach input-box. You can use 5 search metods. (See further info. with the Rich-Msg-Box)
5. SORTING：Table Sorting Function by the field columns.
6. MATCHED：Word Entry Number to be matched to the current display conditions.
7. RESET：Initialize the Table Conditions.
8. HELP：To display this page (jlpwords.htm).
9. To read a Rich-Msg-Box Tip text, click the caption shown above the control object. (I.e. [検索文字],[頭文字], etc.)

Table Header:

1. 品詞：Speech Part Class Name (14 classes).
2. 読み：The word reading in Hiragana.
3. 単語：The word in Kanji-Hiragana letters.
4. 意味：The word meaning in English.
5. レベル：JLP-Test Level
6. 備考：Extended Description (By on-mouse-over, some tip may be shown.)

Table Legetds:

〜：Place holder.(eg.〜階 can be １階(1st floor)、２階(2nd floor), and so on)

( )；In [読み] or [単語] field, it implies the letter(s) can be omitted. (eg.(お)皿 ⇒ 皿)

[一段]：1-Step-Verb (i.e. Ending −る Verbs；例：見る,食べる)

[五段]：5-Step-Verb (i.e. Ending −る,−う,−つ,−く,−す,−ぐ,−む,−ぶ,−ぬ Verbs；例：走る,買う,打つ,書く,探す,泳ぐ,読む,遊ぶ,死ぬ)

[属性]：Attribute Adjectives (例：赤い,寒い,高い)

[感情]：Emotive Adjectives (例：うれしい、悲しい、恥ずかしい)

[感情 & 属性]：These Adjectives have both of usages as "Attribute" and "Emotive" functions.

連用形：Verb modifying forms (e.g. 木の葉が赤くなる。「赤く」 is the 連用形 of 赤い[Adj.]. 連用形 of ADJ is also called as 「く形」)

連体形：Noun modifying forms (e.g. 美しい花。)

[イナ同形１]：The stem forms of an Ai and An are the same. (e.g. 暖かい and 暖かな)

[連用形＝名詞]：Ai's 連用形 is usually used to modify Verb like 「赤くなる」. However there are some exceptional Adjectives, which those 連用形(−く) work as Noun function to modify another noun. (e.g.「その公園には多くの人がいた」)

[No]：Onject Noun (e.g. 本、かばん、時計)

[Nh]：Human Noun (e.g. 先生、警察官、学生)

[Np]：Place Noun (e.g. 学校、海、山、病院)

[Nb]：Action Noun (e.g. 勉強、運動、旅行)

[Na]：Human Noun (e.g. 経済、科学、権利)

Typical Sample Operations:

Purpose(1): Find a Japanese word from English meaning (eg. "ask").

1. Set [頭文字],[品詞], and [レベル] Filter Combo-Boxes to [ALL].
2. Specify the search KEY word as "#ask" in the input box, then press [ENTER] key.(Here you don't type ("), # should be single-width-character. English letter is not case-sensitive. The # is the Word-Match operation indicator)
3. Then some matched word(s) list will be showed in the table.
4. To clear the result and coninue another operation, (1)click the [RESET] button, or (2)clear the serach-text-input box then press [ENTER] key.

Purpose(2): Display Level 4, Verbs entries only

1. Select Level 4 using the [レベル] Filter Combo-Box.
2. Select [動詞] using the [品詞] Filter Combo-Box.
3. Then some matched word(s) list will be showed in the table.
4. To clear the result and coninue another operation, (1)click the [RESET] button, or (2)clear the serach-text-input box then press [ENTER] key.

Purpose(3): Find the Na-Adjective ending -い in Level 4.

1. Select Level 4 using the [レベル] Filter Combo-Box.
2. Select [ナ形容詞] using the [品詞] Filter Combo-Box.
3. Specify the search KEY word as "&い" in the input box, then press [ENTER] key.(Here you don't type ("), & should be single-width-character. It is the Bottom-Match operation indicator)
4. Then some matched word(s) list will be showed in the table.
5. To clear the result and coninue another operation, (1)click the [RESET] button, or (2)clear the serach-text-input box then press [ENTER] key.
